UOB Discovery Day

This week our Year 12 students got to experience workshops and lectures in world class setting. After seeing ‘Old Joe’ the worlds tallest freestanding clock tower, they were separated into various subject sessions.

They enjoyed building towers in engineering, and testing if they were earthquake proof; learned about marketing, economics and psychology and urban planning for the future. Our year 12s are growing in confidence, independence and ambition and our day at UOB gave them much food for thought about their post-18 plans.
