The Mercians perform at STACS

On 11^th January we welcomed The Mercians into our school for the morning. They are an up and coming Indie rock band with a positive message and treated our year 7 and 8 students to some amazing, original music from their new album. Whilst everyone had a great time listening to them perform, they also gave important messages to us all about our behaviours on social media as well as our mental health. The band shared personal stories leaving our students inspired by both their words and their music. Some students were so blown away they wanted autographs and definitely left school with a new favourite band!
