Paris Trip 2024

Fourty Eight of our wonderful Year 10 students enjoyed a 4-day trip to Paris at the start of the Easter holiday. We arrived at the beautiful Château de Grande Romaine early on the Friday afternoon and enjoyed exploring the grounds and settling into our rooms before dinner. On Saturday, we had a full day out in Paris, climbing to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower and enjoying a boat trip on the Seine and a tour of the city. Sunday started with a Palm Sunday service, followed by a visit to the local market town of Brie Comte Robert and then some shopping and sightseeing at Montmartre. Our final day was spent in the sunshine at Disneyland where everyone enjoyed the rides, the parades and the characters. Well done to all the students who kept us entertained and took an interest in everything they saw. And a huge thank you to the staff who accompanied the trip - you were amazing!

I'm delighted to say that we will be running the trip again next year and Year 9 students have been offered letters about the trip by their French teachers this week.
