Cyber Girls Challenge
On Monday some of our year 10 girls visited The Cyber Security Innovation Centre at Aston University for the Cyber Girls event. We got to hear from role models in the industry, learn about the fantastic work West Midlands Police cyber forensics do and we even got to speak with a spy!
After all that excitement, the girls had to race against the other schools to solve some challenging cyber security problems such as reverse engineering, forensics and cryptography, they showed great resilience and determination.
The day concluded with an award ceremony that recognised the competition winners for their exceptional efforts with our girls bringing home some amazing prizes.
