An evening of music, prayer and worship at St Chad’s Cathedral

Last Thursday 10 students attended a religious concert at St Chad’s Cathedral.

The first part of the evening we heard worship songs written and performed by Sarah Kroger.  She was a great singer from Tennessee USA.

Dom Quiaglia spoke to us about our purpose in our lives.  He was also from the U.S.  He enlightened our minds saying:

1. We need to worship the Lord
2. We need to evangelise.
3. We need to serve the good news.

We need to be Iike the young Mary who took on the responsibility of carrying Jesus and trust in God wholeheartedly.

Then we heard more worship songs during Adoration.

What a wonderful experience being at St Chad’s Cathedral.
