6th Form Open Evening

It was great to invite students and parents around last Thursday for the first 6th Form Open for a couple of years. In addition to the many faculty demonstrations, there was also the opportunity to find out more about extra-curricular activities on offer to our 6th Form students.

For the first time, we also had some of our alumni come back and share their experiences of life in 6th Form and how it moulded them into the people they are today. Having travelled from various locations around the Midlands, a big thank you to Dennis, Molly, and Naoibh for their support.

Year 11 students will have a one to one interview by members of the 6th Form team and SLT towards the end of this academic term regarding applications to our 6th Form.

Many thanks also to members of our student leadership and other volunteers (nearly 50) who gave of their time and were treated to pizzas after school this week.
