Free School Meals (FSM)

Paper copies of this form are also available from the Main Office. Once you have applied you will be notified immediately if you are eligible. If you are eligible the school will also be notified. If you are not eligible you will remain in the system and if your situation changes then the system will notify us. Please note that this is a government system and it will check your benefits. All students on free school meals are entitled to £2.65 a day which they can spend on either hot or cold lunches at either break or lunch time. Please note students cannot just buy snacks or drinks. You can still top up their Parent Pay accounts if they require additional food or drinks. If a student is on the free school meal register it may also entitle you to other benefits such as assistance with school trips or music lessons. If you have any queries about free school meals please call the Main Office on 0121 464 4643
