St Thomas Aquinas is a large and thriving 11-18 Catholic comprehensive school situated in the south of Birmingham. We have 1300 pupils on roll of whom 220 are in the Sixth Form. In April 2007 the school completed a very successful OFSTED inspection and was judged to be Good with Outstanding features.
The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Teacher of Science who will join a committed team of specialists with a strong tradition of working together. The person appointed will be a Science graduate able to teach at all levels. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to work in a curriculum area with highly committed staff in a large and popular Catholic secondary school.

TEACHING ASSISTANT
TA Salary Scale Level 2 or 3 depending on qualifications and experience
32.5 hours per week, term time only
