KEY REMINDERS - UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT FOR SEPTEMBER 2018

*Return to Winter Uniform*

Coats
Must be plain black

Dark blue coats are not permitted.

No logos or patterns.

Two-toned coats (part black and part grey for example) are not permitted.

Trousers and Skirts
If girls wish to wear trousers to school, they will have to wear trousers from our uniform suppliers as they must include the school logo.

This applies to all students (years 7-11).

Trousers for boys must not be ‘skinny fit’.

Skirts must also be the box pleated skirt as supplied by our uniform suppliers for all girls in Yr 7 – 11.

Hoodies and Tracksuit Tops
Not allowed in school (please see school website for further details).

Any hooded sweatshirt, without a zip, will be confiscated and returned to the student at the end of the day.

Pouches or ‘Manbags’
Not allowed in school.

If they are seen, they will be confiscated and returned to the student at the end of the day.

Shoes
Shoes must be formal black leather/leather look (not suede) with a low broad heel.

When purchasing new shoes, please be aware that shops have different standards to us – just because a retail outlet classes a particular product as a shoe that does not necessarily mean the footwear is suitable for STACS.

Please refer to the extensive guidance available on our school website.

If you have any doubts about what is or is not acceptable, please do not hesitate to contact the school.

We will continue to send any student arriving to school in trainers home to change.
