BCP Music Event at Bishop Walsh Catholic School

On Wednesday 29th April, six of our talented Performing Arts students performed in a Birmingham Catholic Partnership event at Bishop Walsh Catholic School. This is an annual event and involved six Catholic Secondary schools in the Catholic Partnership. St Thomas Aquinas was represented by the Senior Vocal group which involves Years 9-12 students, who performed an arrangement of ‘Landslide’. They confidently performed some complex harmonies and received a big applause from the audience. In the second half, the program included a number of dances from Holy Trinity and Bishop Walsh. St Thomas Aquinas presented a monologue from ‘Alice in Wonderland’ performed by Phoebe Stephenson in Year 10.  Our students were very impressive and were wonderful ambassadors for our school. Thank you to all students involved. Thank you too to Mrs Bentley who leads the Senior Vocal group rehearsals.
