Read about our school full of “articulate, courteous and polite” students who display “excellent attitudes to their learning”. This is a journey of school improvement and we have only just got started.

Easter Mass – 10 April 2014

On Thursday 10 April we gathered as a whole school community to celebrate the faith of our school together. We are very familiar with wonderful celebrations of Mass in many different settings but yesterday's was truly exceptional. Mrs Cooke called for reverence from everyone before we started and that is certainly how the whole school responded. At the start of Mass students processed with cloth, a crown of thorns, a hammer and nails and accompanying candles, with which they dressed a cross. The accompanying words painted a picture of Jesus' final journey of Good Friday to his Crucifixion. It was a powerful way to start the Mass. The Communion Reflection sung by a group of girls against a backdrop showing the Crucifixion and death of Jesus was profoundly moving. Thank you, as ever, to Fr Jan and to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes. As we always say, it is such a privilege to be able to come together in this way.

We wish you all a very happy and blessed Easter.
