Young Gifted and Talented

(formerly National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth, NAGTY)

Young Gifted and Talented has taken over from NAGTY as the national provider for gifted and talented students across the country.

The site and the provision is still being developed but it is planned that the site will act as an information source, contact point and resource provider for students. Students will be able to access resources, book up participation in courses and talk to other students through a forum or chat room. 

At the moment, availability is at ‘associate member' level. This means that any student can access certain parts of the site.  Full membership will be determined by agreed criteria.  YGT will announce the criteria on their website as soon as they have been agreed.

Our students who were members of NAGTY automatically have full membership.

If your child was a member of NAGTY but has forgotten the password, please ask your child to email them through the website and include full name, date of birth, school name and home postcode. YGT will then reissue a current password.

If anyone is having difficulty doing this, please come to see me and we can sort it together!
